1.Do COLSUR provide charging cables for earphones and iWatches?
We only provide charging cables for charging station, earphones and iWatches cables will not be shipped by the COLSUR. And earphones and iWatches cables must be shorter than 3 feet to fit in the cable storage case.
2. Why is your wireless charging slow?
Because your phone charging position is not placed correctly, will affect the charging speed.
3. Can I use it to charge other phones that I can’t charge wirelessly?
Yes, you can use the side usb charging port for charging.
